Into a saucepan with warm water put milk, melted mutton fat, eggs, yeast, salt, sugar and sifted flour. Knead a dough, cut it into small pieces and roll them into balls. Fry them in fat. Serve baursak for tea.
Ingredients: 1 kg flour, 1 glass milk, 0.5 glass of water, 0.5 glass of fat, 1-2 eggs, 30 gr yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 kg of boiled butter, 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
