TUKMAS with beef – home-made noodle soup

Boil pieces of beef flesh very gently. Put an onion and tomatoes into the broth. For tukmas (noodles) sift the flour and knead a dough with one egg and salted water. Roll the dough out square to the thickness of about 1mm, strew it with flour, fold in two, strew and fold again. Cut the dough in fine strips and mix with flour to make them separate.
Filter the broth. Sieve the tomatoes and put them back to the broth. Cut carrots and potatoes, put them into the broth and boil for 10-15 minutes more. Put the tukmas into the broth and let it boil 2-3 minutes. Add herbs before serving.
Ingredients: for broth - 500-600 gr meat, 1 onion, 22-3 tomatoes, 1-2 carrots, 2-3 potatoes, herbs, salt, pepper up to taste.
For tukmas: 300 gr flour, 1 egg, 0.5 glass of water, salt.
