Boil red beets in their jackets, peel them and cut into small dice (нарезать в форме кубиков). Put the beets into the boiled and cooled whole milk. Add sour katyk to ferment the milk. Wrap the bowl in a towel and set it in a warm place. The milk will get sour in 10-12 hours and you will have sugunderle katyk ready to serve.
